Full round of Junior C's matches this weekend

posted 21 Jun 2014, 06:54 by Garret Byrne

Kinvara Junior C's face a tough task this evening as they travel to Bullaun to take on the home side of Sarsfields in the County Championship.

Sarsfields seek their first win of their campaign, although they did come close in their two matches played so far. The side were in Junior B last grade so we can expect them to be strong and experienced, plus they do the advantage of playing this evening at home.

Kinvara have been impressive in their opening 3 matches, but this evening will be a different scenario. We will be missing influential centre back John Kavanagh through injury, while a couple of more regulars are unavailable. Tommie Hanlon's charges ( he is assisted by Aidan Fahy, Frank Quinn and Michael Bermingham) will have to be at their best for this match, in what promises to be a close encounter and will probably go right down to the wire.

Sarsfields v Kinvara, Sat 21st June in Bullaun 7:30pm
