posted 1 Mar 2013, 04:41 by Unknown user
Kinvara have a tough group this year in the new format of the County Feile U14 Competition.
We are in a four team group along with Tommie Larkins, Abbeyknockmoy and St. Thomas.

There is new format this year to run t
he competition over one weekend along the lines of the National Feile.
The U14A and A1 clubs (16 teams) will compete for the Toddie Byrne Cup, the U14B and B1 clubs (16 teams) will compete for the Justin Cheevers Cups. Both winners will represent Galway this year at the National Feile.
The U14C clubs will compete for the Toddie Byrne Shield.

Kinvara u14 are in B, so therefore we compete in the Justin Cheevers Cup (we'll have to wait another year at least for chance to bring the Toddie Byrne Cup home!)
