Trip to Croke Park

posted 30 Jul 2014, 11:41 by Garret Byrne
Kinvara GAA Social Initiative, as part of our clubs 125 year celebrations, are organising a day tour to Croke Park on Friday 29th August. This promises to be a great day and one we are all looking forward to.

Its for all Kinvara people, and as part of the GAA Social Initiative, it is aimed at the "older" generation - so we'll say from age 50 upwards (that may not be old for some!). One does not have to be a club member to come along, but we do encourage past members, players, officers, and others with an interest in the GAA to join us. We ask you to let others know who may be interested, such as neighbour or parent.

We will leave Kinvara early on the coach, a guided tour of Croke Park, lunch in Croke Park Restaurant, entry to the Croke Park GAA Museum, and then return to Kinvara. Hopefully back in Kinvara for some light refreshments!

Cost is €25 per head (note: this is being subsidised by Kinvara GAA).

Book by Friday 15th Aug, by contacting Derek Smith 087-2372698, or Garret Byrne 087-9513442.

More detailed info will follow closer to the event.
