U13 B1 Hurling Championship update after group stages

The group stages are now complete in this years new-look U13 B1 Hurling Championship, with Championship and Shield semi-finals to look forward to.

Kinvara's young lads had a tough campaign, but can now still look forward to a county shield semi-final. Our U13 team this year is a young side with only 3 panel members overage next year, while there was always at least one of those three missing for every game, what with holidays or injured.

The only positions in the group to be decided are 4th and 5th as both Mullagh and Abbeyknockmoy finish on equal points. They will have to replay to decide who goes where (note scoring difference doesn't count at juvenile level)
The semi-finals should read as follows:

U13 B1 Championship semi-finals
(1st v 4th) Tommy Larkins v Winner Mullagh/Abbeyknockmoy
(2nd v 3rd) Killimordaly v Ahascragh-Foheangh

U13 B1 Hurling Shield semi-finals
(5th v 8th) Loser of Mullagh / Abbeyknockmoy v Kinvara
(6th v 7th) Michael Cusacks v Portumna
