U21 B Hurling Championship update

This years Under 21 B Hurling Championship is well underway, and in the coming week or two we should know all 6 teams for the knockout stages.
With 7 matches already played, all 18 sides are still involved, although some are in the last chance saloon.

Kinvara had to dig deep to beat Mountbellew-Moylough in their opening match, and will have to beat Mullagh to ensure their place in the quarter-finals at least.

Format:
- 18 teams divided into 6 groups of 3.
- Round robin, with top team only to qualify.
- 6 teams to qualify - 2 get byes to semi-final, 4 play quarter-finals.

Killimordaly 4-15 beat Cois Fharraige 1-16
